Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be trained to operate and manage advanced laser cutting equipment to meet production goals and quality standards

• Learning and Mastering Laser Operation: Operate and calibrate laser machines to execute precise cuts on various materials, following detailed specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure that products meet our strict quality and accuracy standards. Use tools and measurement devices to verify alignment, depth, and detail.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of equipment to keep machinery in optimal condition, preventing downtime.
• Collaboration & Safety: Work closely with team members and supervisors, following strict health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe workspace.

 
Who We’re Looking For:
To excel as a Trainee Laser Operator, you should be:

• Detail-Oriented and Methodical: You’ll work with precise measurements and high-tech equipment, so an eye for detail and quality is essential.
• Mechanically Inclined: Basic mechanical knowledge or a knack for understanding machinery is a plus, though we provide complete training.
• Dependable and Team-Oriented: We count on our team members to show up, support each other, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Willing to Learn: No prior experience is needed, but a commitment to learning, adapting, and following technical processes is key.
