*** Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6am
*** Dudley
*** Immediate start

Job Description:
As a Night Shift Track Loader Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operate track loaders to handle, transport, and load materials efficiently and safely.
Manage excavation, grading, or loading tasks as required for the project.
Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks to ensure optimal performance.
Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the site manager.
Work closely with team members, including site supervisors, truck drivers, and ground staff, to complete nightly operations.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
Follow all company and regulatory safety standards, including PPE use and equipment operation protocols.
Contribute to a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience operating track loaders or similar heavy machinery.
Punctuality and a strong work ethic for consistent night shift performance.
Ability to work night shifts, including overtime.
Familiarity with construction site operations and basic equipment troubleshooting.
