- Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per year (pro-rata)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong understanding of financial processes and experience with Sage and Xero, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable.
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day accounts up to trial balance
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies
- Use Sage and Xero to track expenses and manage financial data
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain personnel files and run monthly payroll
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
- Conduct regular audits of financial records
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in finance
- Proficiency in Sage and Xero is essential
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
