Production Operative

Are you detail orientated, able to lift items up to 25kg?

If so, this is the Production Operative role for you!

*** £13 - £14 per hour
*** Dudley
*** 6am – 3pm
*** Immediate start

We are currently recruiting Production Operative to join a growing team in Dudley. This is a crucial role within the business, responsible for manufacturing formulations to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Weigh materials following specific requirements.
Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment.
Work to a structured daily production plan.
Accurately record data and manufacturing processes.
Adhere to all quality and safety regulations.
Participate in Health & Safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Manual handling.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Organised with a proactive approach.
Forklift truck (Counterbalance) license is desirable – training can be provided!
Experience in a manufacturing or process industry is a plus.
