As a Skilled Operative at this company, you will be an essential part of our production process, ensuring efficiency and precision across various tasks. This hands-on role requires the use of tools, machinery, and measurements to meet production goals and maintain our high standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Circular Saw Operation (training will be provided but need some experience).
• Cable Stripping & Trimming.
• Tapping & Drilling.
• Measuring with Tape Measure.
• Stock Preparation & Management.
• Workspace Maintenance.
• Tool & Equipment Maintenance.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in using tools such as circular saws, drills, and cable stripping/trimming equipment.
• Strong ability to measure and cut materials accurately with a tape measure.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
