Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our Stoke Office.

Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;

Attracting, interviewing and placing candidates for the Cheshire area
Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services, this will be covering Cheshire
Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
Maintaining strong relationships in the market, this will be covering Cheshire
Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

Requirements for this Recruitment Consultant role;

Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
Full UK Driving Licence
Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
An excellent telephone manner
Strong organisational and administrative skills
A drive, tenacity and real customer focus

You will be given Full Training on this role; this will include multiple courses and shadowing for the first couple of months.

Trainee Industrial Recruitment Consultant Job Details;
Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: £23,500 P/A + uncapped commission
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
