Job Description
Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for a Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our Crewe Office.
Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;
- Attracting, interviewing and placing Drivers for the Cheshire area
- Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
- Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working as a 360 Transport Recruitment Consultant
- Liaising with clients, upselling, attending new sales meetings and ensuring they receive exceptional standards of service
Requirements for this Recruitment Consultant role;
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
- You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
- An excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- A drive, tenacity and real customer focus
- You will not need previous experience for this role
You will be given Full Training on this role; this will include multiple courses and shadowing for the first couple of months.
