Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer service? We’re seeking a skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing top-notch support.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of tickets
- Provide exceptional support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
- Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for common queries
Qualifications:- Proven experience in a helpdesk or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in helpdesk software and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus
