📋 Responsibilities:
- 📊 Analyse demand from Sales to create production and material ordering schedules.
- 🤝 Collaborate with the team to identify shortages and report to stakeholders.
- 📈 Monitor schedule performance, create KPIs, and report results to senior management.
- 🛠️ Develop a capacity plan for Production, evaluate bottlenecks, and suggest changes to optimise production flow.
- 💰 Track production costs and work with the operations team to implement cost-saving measures.
- 🧠 Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- 🗣️ Clear and concise communication with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- 💻 Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning systems.
- 🏭 Understanding of production processes and procedures.
