Job Description
Job Title: Assembly Operative
Pay: £26,000-£32,000 dependent on experience
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00 (TEMP-TO-PERM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble high-quality control systems and components
- Test and inspect products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Work with a range of tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Assist with maintaining clean and organised workspaces
- Collaborate with the team to improve production processes
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team player
- Health and safety-conscious with a focus on quality control
