Installtion Support Coordinator

🔍 Role Summary: This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to our client's Installation Department and assisting with diary management tasks.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- 🗂️ Monitor CRM data on their system (SAGE), follow up with stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate data, and provide reports as required.
- 📊 Generate reports for internal use as needed.
- 🛠️ Support with arranging and facilitating installations, including preparing documents and site-specific information, and distributing materials.
- 📅 Assist in organising conferences and off-site meetings.
- 🚆 Travel Coordination - Arrange domestic travel logistics, including train tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
- 🗃️ Administrative Support - Maintain accurate company documentation, provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling and correspondence, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- 🏢 Previous administration experience in an office environment.
- 📅 Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- 📝 Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- 💻 Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
- 🔒 Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- 🧩 Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
