Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established Exhibition Agency. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the events/ exhibition industry, proven success in obtaining new business, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional events/ exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in both inbound and outbound business development to generate and convert leads into new business wins.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and building trust.
  • Contribute to the creation of pitch documents and participate in new business presentations.
  • Serve as a self-starter and proactive salesperson, bringing energy and innovation to the business development department.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in business development within the events industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating new business and securing key clients.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Enthusiastic about events, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Work Arrangements
This role requires you to be in the office on a regular basis, with the expectation to be onsite meeting clients as and when needed.
