Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client connections, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Secure and develop client accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Ensure all projects align with client briefs and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
- Build credibility as a trusted advisor, confidently managing strategic discussions with stakeholders.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead your team with passion and dedication.
Requirements
- Proven experience collaborating with large-scale Retailers.
- Extensive background in a senior client-facing role, with a track record of success.
- Strong focus on accuracy to ensure flawless execution of client projects.
Within this role you will be working Monday to Friday, and will be based in the office full time.
