We’re working with a globally recognised interior design studio in Brussel that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth. They’re looking for a Client Director to lead their Client Management team and play a key role in strengthening commercial performance, building global client relationships, and streamlining operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire and lead a team of Client Managers, driving structure, accountability, and performance.
- Own client relationships—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth with international clients.
- Bridge creative and commercial, collaborating with design teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Shape proposals and strategy, working with Business Development to win work and hit revenue goals.
- Negotiate with confidence, from budgets to scopes of work, balancing ambition with feasibility.
- Drive operational excellence, refining processes and empowering your team to thrive.
About You:
You’re a natural leader and strategic thinker with a passion for design, hospitality, and building meaningful partnerships. You bring:
- Proven experience leading client teams in interior design, hospitality, or a related creative field
- A strong track record managing international, large-scale design projects (hotel refurbishments a plus)
- Confidence in client-facing negotiations and a knack for defining clear project roadmaps
- A collaborative mindset with top-tier communication skills
- Fluent English (Dutch/French are a bonus)
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and love for what you do
