Job Type: Shifts available Monday to Sunday 7am – 3pm
Salary: £11.44ph
Job Description: We are looking for a experienced, dedicated and reliable Cleaner / Housekeeper to work on a temporary basis for our client based in Stirchley. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a care / residential home, have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- A compassionate and respectful attitude towards residents
