AOG Export Agent

• Heathrow
• 4 on 4 off – 19:00-07:00
• £36,000 - £38,000 per annum plus bonus and overtime

• Monitor and action email boxes and respond in a timely manner.
• Interact with UK & overseas customers to arrange export shipments.
• Job file invoicing and Cost control.
• Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly both from external internal customers and suppliers. 

• Previous experience in Exports, AOG/Time critical role.
• Team player
• Good understanding of written and spoken English
• Minimum GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent)
