We’re Hiring: A skilled electrician with experience in vehicle electronics and diagnostics

Location: Larbert or Bannockburn

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for an experienced electrician to specialise in bus diagnostics and electrical repairs, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and operating efficiently.


What you’ll do:

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on buses, using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Carry out maintenance, servicing, and installations on electronic vehicle systems.
• Work on a range of electrical components, including wiring, lighting, and onboard systems.
• Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Keep detailed records of work completed and diagnostic findings.

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition preferred).
• Experience in bus, HGV, or automotive electrical diagnostics.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills using diagnostic software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of CAN bus systems and modern vehicle electronics is advantageous.
• ECS card and a full UK driving licence are desirable.
