£13.50 per hour | Temporary Contract | Worcester
Location: Worcester
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy and friendly team on a temporary, part-time basis (24 hours per week).
This role supports the work of the Mission and Ministry Team by providing a wide range of administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, events, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other key documents.
- Support colleagues with diary management, reporting, and project coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners as required.
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
- A friendly and professional manner, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
