Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and team management skills, looking to grow within a supportive environment.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting a small team on the evening shift
- Coordinating workload, delegating tasks, and ensuring targets are met
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity
- Liaising with supervisors and warehouse managers on shift performance
- Assisting with stock control, goods-in/out, and general warehouse duties
- Previous experience in a similar role (Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operative)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility
- A valid and in-date Bendi Forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
- Proven experience driving a Bendi truck in a warehouse setting
- Good attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Your own transport (recommended due to shift times and location)
