📍 Location: Pershore
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
💰 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
📄 Contract Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role We’re currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operative to join a growing team in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or manufacturing environments — especially those familiar with clean room operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Operate machinery and equipment in a controlled, sterile environment
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing settings
- Experience working in clean room environments (highly desirable)
- Understanding of cGMP and relevant regulatory standards (an advantage)
- Excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills
