We’re looking for a proactive and organised
Administrator to join a growing business in
Evesham, supporting their
purchasing and business planning departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key part in a busy, fast-paced team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing and planning teams
- Maintain and update internal systems and records accurately
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, documentation, and order summaries
- Track and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience (ideally in purchasing, supply chain, or business planning)
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Clear communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
