Salary: £12.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operative to join our team in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries, particularly those with experience in clean room environments.
Responsibilities:
- Execute pharmaceutical manufacturing processes adhering to cGMP standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory aspects and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a controlled environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the manufacturing area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of cGMP standards, regulatory aspects, and pharmaceutical regulations (desirable).
- Experience working in clean room environments is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality control measures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
