Production Supervisor
Location: Pershore, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries, particularly those with experience in clean room environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise production workflows and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and experience working in a clean room environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using production management software is an advantage.
