Location: Pershore, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing sectors, especially those with clean room experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing support and guidance to meet production targets.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and quickly resolve any production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare necessary reports.
• Conduct routine inspections of the production area to ensure cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of GMP and experience working in clean room environments.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
