Job Description
Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Evesham
Sector: Food Production
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team in Evesham. You will be responsible for ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards, adhering to company and industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality checks
- Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in a quality control or similar role is mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility and reliability to work early morning shifts
