Job Description
Location: Evesham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
We are looking for Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Evesham. This is a full-time role with consistent working hours, no weekend shifts, and opportunities for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a production line, preparing and packing food products
- Ensuring quality control and food safety standards are met
- Operating machinery and equipment as required
- Keeping the work area clean and adhering to hygiene regulations
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a chilled or ambient food production environment
