Food Production Operative 

Location: Evesham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

We are looking for Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Evesham. This is a full-time role with consistent working hours, no weekend shifts, and opportunities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a production line, preparing and packing food products
• Ensuring quality control and food safety standards are met
• Operating machinery and equipment as required
• Keeping the work area clean and adhering to hygiene regulations
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a chilled or ambient food production environment
