Occupational Therapy Assistant – Lambeth Council 
£24.06 per hour | Front Door Team | Hybrid Working
Pertemps Social Care is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapy Assessor to join Lambeth Council’s busy Front Door Team.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out home visits to assess residents' needs and provide practical solutions to support independence.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assess for and recommend minor equipment and adaptations
🔹 Conduct home visits as part of early intervention and prevention
🔹 Support timely discharges and reduce care packages
🔹 Work collaboratively with OTs and other adult social care staff

Requirements:
✔ Experience in a similar role within adult social care
✔ Knowledge of equipment and adaptations to support daily living
✔ Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willing to process one)
