Occupational Therapist – Reablement - Wiltshire
Location: Wiltshire
Hourly Rate: £36.54 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 50% of hours to be worked face to face
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Reablement Team in Wiltshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives as they regain confidence and independence following hospital discharge.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out strengths-based assessments and develop personalised reablement plans to support independence.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues, care providers, and service users on equipment and adaptations.
• Support and train reablement team members to deliver high-quality, person-centred interventions.
• Manage your own caseload and diary with flexibility and autonomy.
• Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Additional Information

• Hybrid working – 50% of working hours will be community-based, with the remainder completed remotely.
• Ongoing professional support provided by the Principal Occupational Therapist.
