My client is a luxury 4 star hotel based in Lutterworth looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Conference Sales Co-ordinator, to come into the team, as maternity cover, to implement all conference and private event enquiries.
The duties and responsibilities of the Conference Sales Co-ordinator will be:
- Engage with potential clients and host captivating site visits to highlight the hotel’s stunning offerings.
- Craft bespoke proposals and expertly draft contracts that align with each client’s vision.
- Collaborate with clients and coordinate with various teams to orchestrate flawless, unforgettable events.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, turning first-time visitors into loyal returnees.
- Contribute to dynamic sales strategies while staying ahead of market trends to draw in new business opportunities.
The ideal Conference Sales Co-ordinator:
