Job Description
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:
- Developing Planning Policies.
- Assessing Planning Applications to ensure they comply with laws and regulations.
- Consulting with stakeholders.
- Work to promote sustainability.
- Wring reports.
- A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
- Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
- Relevant UK experiences preferable.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
- Access to niche opportunities.
