Job Description
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.
You will be:
- Working to project manage a substantial proportion of the Housing Capital Programme.
- Acting as a Technial Lead for this project – providing advice and support for the delivery of services in the context of construction and in accordance with the current legal framework (Building Safety Act, Fire safety and Leaseholder legislation).
- Identify and assemble a project team.
- Managing the team – this will include contractors/ technical consultants.
- Managing budget.
- Ensure effective performance monitoring.
- Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
- A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of Project Managing a large project with high budget.
- Relevant Industry knowledge.
- Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
