Job Description
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.
You will be:
- Acting as a lead professional in all aspects of repairs and maintenance inspections and the management of repairs.
- Providing technical advice in all matters relating to the building stock.
- Manage performance delivery of repairs and maintenance.
- Ensuring works are carried out within an agreed timeframe.
- Ensure compliance within policies and financial regulations.
- Working collaboratively with the Responsive Repairs Maintenance and Cyclical Services Manager and other members of the Asset Management Team.
- Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
- A degree in a relevant field i.e. surveying, real estate, or property management.
- Relevant working industry knowledge.
- Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
- Driver’s License.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
