Job Description
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.
You will be:
- Responsible for the processing of the Development Management matters within the Enforcement Team.
- Drafting statutory notices and related appeals including negotiations and conflict resolutions.
- Liaising with all parties involved.
- Case management of complex enforcement cases.
- To be the council’s expert witness in enforcement appeals.
- Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification, membership of relevant professional organisation or relevant experience.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
- Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
- Record of achievement in a similar role.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
