Job Description
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:
- Providing pre – application advice. – offering guidance to applicants.
- Preparing planning documentations.
- Managing applications – overseeing the entire process of planning applications.
- Handling planning appeals.
- A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
- Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
- Relevant UK work experience.
- Experience of supporting decision makers.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
- Access to niche opportunities.
