Job Description

You will be:
- Co – ordinating and supervising planning applications and development proposals, ensuring they meet local and national planning policies.
- Assisting in the formulation and implementation of planning policies and strategies.
- Engaging with stakeholders.
- Evaluating the environmental impact.
- Preparing detailed reports.
- A degree in Planning and Related Fields.
- Membership or accreditation from a recognised planning institution, such as the RTPI.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Several years of experience in a planning role.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
- Access to niche opportunities.
