Pay Rate: Upt to £110 per day dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, ongoing

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant (Specialist Practitioner Level 7) to join a dynamic and inclusive school in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a rewarding opportunity to support the learning and development of pupils with a range of additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children with SEND across a variety of age groups.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
- Work closely with teaching staff and other support professionals to deliver high-quality educational support.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support pupils with personal care if required (dependent on needs).
- Level 7 qualification in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- Proven experience supporting children with SEND in an educational setting.
- A strong understanding of a range of additional needs (e.g., ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
- Make a genuine difference in children's lives every day.
- Work with a supportive team and receive ongoing professional development.
- Be part of a caring and inclusive school community in Stoke-on-Trent.
