Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist college in 
Bromley, supporting students aged 
19–25 with a range of 
SEND, including autism, complex needs, and communication difficulties. 
About the role:- Support students with learning, life skills, and employability training
 - Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes
 - Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills development
 - Provide personal care and emotional support where required
 - Help learners access community-based and vocational activities
 
The ideal candidate:- Has previous experience supporting young people with SEND (college or school setting)
 - Is patient, proactive, and committed to inclusion
 - Comfortable supporting students with personal care and mobility needs
 - Has strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
