Learning Support Assistant (Post-16 / SEND)
📍 Bromley
💼 Full-time | Term-time only | Long-term position (with potential to go permanent)
Are you passionate about supporting young adults with special educational needs as they take their next steps into adulthood? We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist college in Bromley, supporting students aged 19–25 with a range of SEND, including autism, complex needs, and communication difficulties.
About the role:

Support students with learning, life skills, and employability training
Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes
Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills development
Provide personal care and emotional support where required
Help learners access community-based and vocational activities

The ideal candidate:

Has previous experience supporting young people with SEND (college or school setting)
Is patient, proactive, and committed to inclusion
Comfortable supporting students with personal care and mobility needs
Has strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
