Adult’s Social Worker, Learning Disability and Mental Health Team, Stockton on Tees 
Pay rate c. £26 per hour  
Contract role – LD and MH Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Stockton on Tees 
This is to work in a LD and MH Team, and will involve work within Transitions, Mental Capacity assessments, CHC assessments, DoLS, etc. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
