Pay rate c. £26 per hour  
Contract role – Reablement Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Darlington 
This is to work in a RIACT Team, and will involve short term intervention predominantly supporting hospital discharge and community crisis. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
