Contract role, Care Act Assessments 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in West Yorkshire. 
This is to work in Bradford. You will need to be experienced in care act  assessments and support planning in all areas of adult social work. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
