Pay rate £34 per hour 
Contract role, Transitions Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in Peterborough. 
This is to work in a Transitions Team  
 

• We are a Transition Team and we support young people from 18 - 25 years completing the Care Assessments, however we start getting to know young people from the age of 16 years.  

• We also complete COP DOLS and MCA's. A person with both Legislative experience of children's and adults will be beneficial to the Team. 

 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
