Team Manager, Occupational Therapy, North London / Hertfordshire area 
Pay rate £40 per hour 
Contract role, Occupational Therapy and Reablement 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Occupational Therapist Team Manager in the North London / Hertfordshire area. 

• OT Team Manager overseeing a busy in house therapy led reablement service.  

• You will work closely with the CQC Registered Manager and OT Assistant Team Manager to deliver a reablement service focussed on supporting residents to achieve independence following hospital discharge and residents in the community.  

• You will be responsible for the supervision of OT staff, delivering a therapy led reablement service, ensuring the service is outcome focussed and meets the goals of the residents using the service.  

• You will be responsible for triaging referrals and working closely with the registered manager to ensure in house care capacity is being utilised effectively.
