Job Description
Location: Enfield, Full-time
Pertemps Recruitment are looking for a Sales Advisor to join one of our clients, starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to work well in a team, and be computer literate. The position is based in Enfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via telephone
- Confident in speaking to customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Collaborating effectively with the team
- Ensuring all customer interactions are logged accurately in our system
- Handling occasional weekend shifts when required
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Occasional weekend work may be required
