Network IT is currently recruiting for a DV cleared 1st / 2nd Line Support, to join our government client on a 6 month initial contract.
You will be working in a 24/7 IT operations centre, who support the wider business with IT issues, working on tickets, incidents and service requests.
The environment is predominantly Microsoft focused, supporting issues around the likes of Microsoft 365 / Azure and Wintel Servers, but there has also been a recent rollout of Apple mobile devices.
Our client is looking for solid 1st / 2nd Line support experience, with a customer focus and experience of working in a high clearance / high security environment previously.
Role: Senior IT Operations Analyst
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £350 per day
Status: Outside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes – Onsite working due to clearance required
Please note that this role operates on a shift pattern, given that the operations centre works 24/7. Over 4 weeks, you will work a 14 total shifts – a combination of day and night shifts. More info on the shift patterning available upon request.
Key Skills:
- Service Desk background, with a record of working in a customer focused environment, delivering results to exceed expectations.
- Wintel Server support background.
- Working in a service desk environment on IT Incident, and service request tickets.
- Managing Modern Desktops: MD-101
- Microsoft 365 / Intune / EPM experience
- ITIL V3 or V4 Certified
