We are currently working with an Ofsted “Outstanding” secondary school who are recruiting for a Director of Mathematics to lead a highly successful department for the 2024/25 academic year. As a Director of Mathematics, you will hold responsibility for the day to day running of the mathematics department. Leading, inspiring, and mentoring staff will be a big part of your responsibilities. You will also need to be an Outstanding teacher as this school has high teaching standards.

With an incredible leadership team and experienced Mathematics department, this school has achieved results that place them firmly in the top 5% for attainment and the top 1% for progression. You must:

• Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTLS).
• Have experience as Head of Mathematics or Director of Mathematics
• Enjoy teaching and be passionate about your subject.
• Be ambitious and driven to achieve brilliant results.
