English Teacher – Part Time
QTS English Teacher required for two days a week (Wednesday and Friday) to teach small classes of students at this excellent alternative provision in South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a QTS English Teacher to teach small groups of students with Social Emotional & Mental Health Needs.

The school located in South Birmingham has excellent facilities and supportive leadership, teachers work as a team to provide students with an outstanding education and inspire a love for learning! This role requires a QTS English Teacher with strong classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge.
Qualifications and Qualities:
To thrive in this English Teacher role, you should have the following qualifications and qualities:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching English to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, preferably within a PRU or similar setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English language and literature.
• Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
