Role Overview:
This role requires an Assistant Headteacher who will play a vital role in supporting the headteacher and the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include facilitating day-to-day operations, maintaining outstanding teaching and learning practices, and providing guidance to an experienced team of teaching staff. Your extensive knowledge of Special Educational Needs will be instrumental in delivering an inclusive curriculum and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
 
Requirements:

• Previous middle or senior leadership experience within a school, preferably as an Assistant Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
• Qualified Teaching Status.
• Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in data management.
• Strong person management abilities, overseeing a team of teaching and support staff.
• Valid and up-to-date DBS clearance, or willingness to apply for one.
• Availability to commence the Assistant Headteacher role in September.
