English Teacher, Alternative Provision
Are you a QTS English Teacher looking for a new and rewarding opportunity to make an impact on the lives of young people? This outstanding alternative Provision is currently recruiting for an experienced English teacher to join a small, dynamic team of teaching staff.

This school has an excellent reputation for helping young people to reengage with education and get the most out of each day. As an English Teacher you will be responsible for planning lessons that engage students and inspire a love for English Language & Literature.  The maximum class size is 8 students, and you will be supported by a minimum of one Teaching Assistant. This role requires a QTS English Teacher with strong behaviour management skills and a genuine love for breaking down social and academic barriers.
 
Job Role:
  • Teaching English to Key Stages 3 & 4 up to GCSE.
  • Teaching small classes of no more than 8 students.
  • Tailoring the English curriculum to suit the needs of learners.
  • Inspiring a love for all things English Language and Literature.
