£28,000 - £38,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant on our SEND Desk, you’ll:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SEND schools and alternative provisions.
• Manage a busy desk with both temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
• Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are upheld to keep children safe in education.
• Identify opportunities to develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike, with a focus on making a positive impact.
